Popular Productivity Tools is a tool that gets rid of the morass of individual icons on your desktop and conveniently stores them in a single tabbed window.

The way it works is very simple: there's a grid divided into 100 small cells that you can click on to add the applications/folders/files you want to put in each slot. Once each item is added you'll see its icon in the cell; it opens with a single click.

There are also several tabs available to click through and view all your games and security programs, or simply your most used docs.

This means you can squeeze literally hundreds of shortcuts into a super compact space on your desktop and, best of all, minimize it at any time.
